Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

During busy periods, processing times may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

All orders are shipped via An Post. Delivery times and costs are as follows:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and postal service conditions. 

Delays or Lost Parcels

Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. However, we will do our best to assist you with tracking your package and resolving any issues.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
